Anita’s work is simply wonderful. Original and inspiring, it draws from tradition but also has a contemporary feel. Anita is not afraid to blend her own thoughtful and sometimes playful twists with tradition, to create ‘fusion’ processes and interesting end results.

Anita’s creativity with fabric and stitch is an area in which she is particularly talented. Anita’s vision for ‘slow fashion’ and community, encompassing sustainability and inclusivity of the younger generation whilst embracing traditional craft skills for a modern world, is very relevant for the current times.
